Website Translator Faces Injunction After $1M Patent Verdict

Law360, San Francisco (October 31, 2013, 9:10 PM ET) -- A California federal judge Thursday indicated she would likely impose a permanent injunction barring MotionPoint Corp. from further infringing rival TransPerfect Global Inc.'s website-translation patent after a jury awarded TransPerfect $1 million for the violation, but the judge ordered the competitors to mediation first.
