10th Circ. Won't Rehear Novell's Microsoft Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (November 1, 2013, 5:28 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit on Friday rejected software developer Novell Inc.'s bid for an en banc review of the panel's decision to kill an antitrust suit accusing Microsoft Inc. of blocking Novell from the market in the 1990s by cutting application compatibility.
