Boies Sanctioned Over Conflict In $350M Antitrust Row

Law360, Los Angeles (October 31, 2013, 9:24 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday granted Host Hotels & Resorts Inc.’s bid for sanctions against Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP for allegedly ignoring a conflict of interest while working on a $350 million antitrust suit against Host, saying a clearer conflict “cannot be imagined.”
