Obama Orders Agencies To Bolster Climate Change Defense

Law360, New York (November 01, 2013, 7:49 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama signed an executive order Friday directing the federal government to take a more active role in preparing the country for the effects of climate change by reevaluating its land and water policies and empowering cities and towns to create stronger infrastructure.
