DC Circ. Won't Let Bell Helicopter Revive $23M Iran Award

Law360, New York (November 1, 2013, 7:24 PM ET) -- A D.C. Circuit panel denied Bell Helicopter Textron Inc.’s attempt to revive a $22.5 million award against the government of Iran for infringing on its trade dress, upholding the lower court’s ruling that the helicopter manufacturer failed to show Iran’s direct impact on its business.
