Marriott Servers Win Back Pay In Suit Seeking Unpaid Tips

Law360, New York (November 1, 2013, 9:15 PM ET) -- Former food and beverage service workers at Marriott Hotel Services Inc. will receive payment for lost wages, a Hawaii federal court ruled Thursday in granting partial summary judgment to a class of servers accusing the hotel of pocketing portions of gratuity fees included in customers' checks.
