IBM Trade Secrets Suit Is Timely, Inventor Tells 9th Circ.

Law360, San Francisco (November 7, 2013, 6:50 PM ET) -- An inventor urged the Ninth Circuit on Thursday to revive his claims that IBM Corp. stole trade secrets related to his creation of “Bookmark,” a software feature that restores a computer's state upon restarting, arguing that the trial court was wrong to find his case time-barred.
