Builder Says Miami-Dade Agency Unfairly Nixed Project Bid

Law360, Miami (November 1, 2013, 9:17 PM ET) -- Florida general contracting firm Siltek Group Inc. on Wednesday sued the Miami-Dade Homeless Trust, saying the county agency disqualified its bid on a multimillion-dollar project to build housing units on the site of the former Homestead Air Force Base for arbitrary and capricious reasons.
