DOJ Sues Chuhak Atty For $16M Tax Scams Involving Athletes

Law360, New York (November 01, 2013, 7:50 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice hit prominent Chicago tax attorney Gary J. Stern with a lawsuit Friday, demanding an Illinois district court put a stop to his $16 million in alleged tax scams involving high net worth professional athletes, entrepreneurs and attorneys.
