Insurance Broker Hit With $20M Suit Over RE Co.'s D&O Policy

Law360, New York (November 1, 2013, 8:20 PM ET) -- Insurance brokerage Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. was hit with a $20 million contract suit Thursday by a real estate investment company client that accuses the firm of failing to advise it on how its 2007 merger would affect its directors and officers insurance policy.
