High Court Won't Hear Okla. Appeal Over Abortion-Drug Law

Law360, New York (November 4, 2013, 1:32 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court decided Monday not to consider reviving an Oklahoma law restricting drug-induced abortions after that state’s supreme court ruled last week that the law effectively would ban all so-called medication abortions.
