Circuit Refuses To Resurrect Salvation Army FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (February 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appellate court has ruled that two former ministers of the Salvation Army cannot sue the evangelical disaster relief group for federal wage-and-hour violations because of a legal exception which prevents courts from interfering in the religious administration of a church.
