Microsoft Inks 20-Year Texas Wind Power Agreement

Law360, Houston (November 04, 2013, 9:40 PM ET) -- Microsoft Corp. said Monday it has signed a 20-year agreement with RES Americas Developments Inc. to buy all of the power output from a new North Texas wind farm as a part of the tech titan’s effort to reduce its carbon footprint.
