Sprague Can't Prove Philly Paper Libeled Him, Judge Says

Law360, Philadelphia (November 5, 2013, 2:38 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania state judge on Friday urged an appeals court to uphold her decision finding that Sprague & Sprague founder Richard Sprague — a former attorney for convicted state senator Vincent Fumo — could not prove that that he was libeled in a 2009 Philadelphia Daily News column.
