Illinois Poised To Approve Same-Sex Marriage

Law360, Los Angeles (November 05, 2013, 9:18 PM ET) -- The Illinois House of Representatives voted Tuesday to approve a marriage equality bill that passed the Illinois Senate earlier this year, sending the bill to Gov. Pat Quinn, who has vowed to sign it, and clearing the way for Illinois to become the 15th state to embrace marriage equality.
