Former Anglo Irish Bank Says It Has 'Unique' Case For Ch. 15

Law360, Wilmington (November 06, 2013, 9:11 PM ET) -- Irish Bank Resolution Corp. Ltd., formerly known as Anglo Irish Bank, told a Delaware bankruptcy judge Wednesday that its bid for Chapter 15 recognition is supported by its "unique" situation, which was forged by the global economic crisis that had threatened the very fabric of the Irish economy.
