Siemens To Get $866M For Water Treatment Unit

Law360, New York (November 6, 2013, 2:05 PM EST) -- After rumors of a proposed deal swirled last month, German electronics and engineering conglomerate Siemens AG said Wednesday that it has agreed to sell parts of its water technologies unit to investors in private equity group AEA Investors LP for €640 million ($865.7 million).
