Commerce Trade Chief Departs For Private Sector

Law360, New York (November 6, 2013, 5:12 PM EST) -- The head of the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration will step down on Thursday, more than three years after taking the post and a little more than two months after announcing he would resign to reenter the private sector.
