Fla. Appeals Court Shuts Down Challenge To Seminole Hotel

Law360, New York (November 6, 2013, 10:01 PM ET) -- A Florida appeals court affirmed the dismissal of three Florida residents' challenge to zoning changes that permit the Seminole Tribe of Florida to build a hotel and parking garage, ruling Wednesday that the rezoning was not subject to review under recent changes to state law.
