9th Circ. Urged To Revive Car Buyer's GMAC Loan Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (November 06, 2013, 9:47 PM ET) -- A California car buyer urged the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday to revive a putative class action that alleged General Motors Acceptance Corp. wrongfully collected loan deficiency payments after vehicles were repossessed, saying he made a sufficient showing that his lender's alleged conduct caused him economic injury.
