Boies Schiller Should Have Identified Conflict, Judge Says

Law360, Los Angeles (November 06, 2013, 10:32 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday refused to grant a request to reconsider certain statements in her order granting sanctions against Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP for allegedly ignoring a conflict of interest while working on a $350 million antitrust suit against Host Hotels & Resorts Inc., calling the motion "meritless."
