Lululemon Exits ZIP Code Collection Suit With $25 Credits

Law360, New York (November 07, 2013, 1:21 PM ET) -- Athletic clothing maker Lululemon USA Inc. will escape a class action alleging it collected customers’ personally identifying information at points of sale in California by furnishing a $25 voucher to up to 14,000 claimants, under a settlement preliminarily approved on Wednesday.
