Testimony In Kaplan Bias Row Wrongly Excluded, EEOC Says

Law360, New York (November 7, 2013, 9:52 PM ET) -- A district court abused its discretion by excluding testimony from a psychologist who analyzed photos of Kaplan Inc. job applicants to determine their race and to ultimately conclude the company's use of credit checks in hiring disproportionately affected blacks, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission told the Sixth Circuit Wednesday.
