7th Circ. Revives Widower's Fiduciary Duty Claim

Law360, New York (November 07, 2013, 4:45 PM ET) -- The full Seventh Circuit on Thursday said health insurance documents provided to a widower stuck with $80,000 in medical bills weren’t clear enough about where he could go for covered care, reversing a panel's and a district court’s decisions in favor of the insurer.
