T&H Brokers Found Negligent In AIG Premium Dispute

Law360, Los Angeles (November 07, 2013, 7:27 PM ET) -- T&H Brokers Inc. was negligent when it negotiated with American International Group Inc. for a construction contractor's policy, the New York State Supreme Court ruled in an opinion filed Thursday, finding T&H failed to notice and tell its client that the policy carried steep premium penalties.
