Feds Finalize Rule Requiring Equal Mental Health Coverage

Law360, New York (November 08, 2013, 4:31 PM ET) -- The Health and Human Services, Labor and Treasury departments on Friday released a long-awaited final rule requiring group health care plan providers to offer equal access to treatment for mental health and addiction as they do for medical and surgical services.
