Spotify Accused Of Billing Customers Without Full Consent

Law360, New York (November 8, 2013, 3:36 PM EST) -- Streaming music service Spotify USA Inc. was hit with a putative class action Wednesday in California court alleging it illegally charges recurring monthly payments to subscription purchasers without first obtaining their affirmative consent to its terms of service.
