Pa. Venue Transfer Case Could Make It Easier To Exit Philly

Law360, Philadelphia (November 15, 2013, 5:49 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is set to hear arguments Tuesday in a case on venue transfers that could make it easier for companies to move product liability, personal injury and other high verdict-yielding lawsuits out of Philadelphia, weakening the city’s reputation as a plaintiff-friendly destination.
