Pa. Court Sets Timeline For Insurers To Recoup Workers' Comp

Law360, New York (November 08, 2013, 5:27 PM ET) -- An en banc panel of a Pennsylvania appeals court ruled Friday that insurance companies looking to file subrogation actions to recoup payouts for work-related injury claims have to start the process while the workers' compensation claim is still pending.
