NLRB Election Rules 'On The Agenda', Board Members Say

Law360, New York (November 8, 2013, 8:22 PM ET) -- Members of the National Labor Relations Board revealed on Friday that they are in the process of deciding whether to move forward with the board's controversial regulations to streamline the union election process.

The five members of the NLRB — who have the distinction of being a part of the first fully confirmed complete five-member labor board in more than a decade — made their first public appearance as a group Friday at the American Bar Association's Annual Labor & Employment Law conference.
