New NLRB Counsel Calls 'Micro-Unit' A Misnomer

Law360, New York (November 08, 2013, 8:03 PM ET) -- Defending the National Labor Relations Board's controversial Specialty Healthcare decision, the board's newly sworn-in general counsel Richard F. Griffin Jr. said Friday that critics' concerns about the proliferation of small bargaining units called "micro-units" mislabeled the issue.
