Clear Job Descriptions Can Prevent ADA Woes: EEOC Member

Law360, New York (November 08, 2013, 9:23 PM ET) -- Employers can help keep themselves from running afoul of the Americans With Disabilities Act by maintaining very clear descriptions of what they expect accomplished in a job, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Commissioner Chai Feldblum said Friday.
