Global Aviation Again Hits Ch. 11 Amid Military Cuts

Law360, Wilmington (November 12, 2013, 2:19 PM ET) -- Global Aviation Holdings Inc., the world's largest commercial supplier of charter air service to the U.S. military, filed for Chapter 11 protection Tuesday in Delaware just months after it emerged from a previous stint in bankruptcy it sought in 2012.
