Scores Of Policyholders Sue NYPIUA Over Sandy Damage

Law360, New York (November 12, 2013, 6:14 PM ET) -- New York Properties Insurance Underwriting Association has been hit with a lawsuit in New York state court by more than 100 property owners alleging breach of contract for the company's failure to cover damage caused by Superstorm Sandy.
