Dole Pesticide Suit Deemed Duplicative, Tossed

Law360, Wilmington (November 12, 2013, 8:53 PM EST) -- A Delaware state judge on Friday dismissed a lawsuit against Dole Food Co. Inc. and several others claiming the companies exposed banana plantation workers in Latin America to the toxic pesticide DBPC, ruling the issue had already been litigated in federal court in Louisiana.
