EPA Has Biofuel Industry's Back, Despite Fuel Level Cuts

Law360, New York (November 15, 2013, 7:45 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's decision Friday to reduce the amount of renewable fuels that must be blended into the U.S. fuel supply in 2014 will embolden opponents of the controversial mandate, but experts say the agency's move is an acknowledgment of the renewable fuel program's current limitations, not a full-on retreat.
