Boies Fights Sanctions Over Conflict In $350M Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (November 13, 2013, 2:43 PM ET) -- Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP on Tuesday appealed a New York federal judge's award of sanctions against the firm for allegedly failing to bow out of a $350 million antitrust case against Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. despite a clear conflict of interest.
