Court OKs Previously Scuttled $29M Ecolab OT Settlement

Law360, New York (November 14, 2013, 1:28 PM ET) -- A California federal judge gave final approval Tuesday to a $29 million settlement in a class action alleging Ecolab Inc. denied overtime wages to hundreds of exterminators, a deal that was initially stalled after the court sought more information on the adequacy of the two class representatives.
