NY Post Attacks Evidence Of 'Sexually Charged' Workplace

Law360, New York (November 14, 2013, 8:11 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge erroneously relied on hearsay and untimely allegations when she found that a former associate editor had provided evidence of a “sexually charged” atmosphere at the New York Post and refused to dismiss the former employee's bias claims, the tabloid said Tuesday.

The Post and editor-in-chief Col Allan filed a motion asking U.S. District Judge Lorna Schofield to reconsider a recent order that shot down their bid for summary judgment and declined to throw out Sandra Guzman's complaint.
