RE Market Will Be Long On Demand, Short On Supply In 2014

Law360, New York (January 1, 2014, 10:08 AM EST) -- Short of a huge spike in interest rates, almost nothing can stand between the U.S. real estate market and continued recovery in 2014, though experts say dealmakers will continue to face the challenge of balancing a huge amount of capital with very few available properties.

Real estate attorneys project that 2014 will be similar to 2013 in terms of availability, volume and quality of deals, though many are optimistic that positive trends in financing, development and foreign investment will continue to strengthen.
