Fla. Hospital's Bonus Deal With Docs Not Proper, Judge Says

Law360, New York (November 13, 2013, 7:32 PM ET) -- A Florida federal court found Wednesday that Halifax Hospital Medical Center’s bonus arrangement with certain oncologists incentivized wrongful referrals, though it declined to rule on the government’s bid to recover $27 million for the alleged violations or its False Claims Act claims.
