NJ Court Revives Tower Easement Row With PSE&G, Verizon

Law360, New York (November 14, 2013, 6:41 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Thursday revived three consolidated suits filed by a property owner against Pinnacle Towers, Public Service Electric & Gas Co. and Verizon Inc. for allegedly violating an easement, ruling the trial judge erred by not explaining why he dismissed the cases.
