Rajaratnam's Tax Shelter Helper Wants Award Payment Help

Law360, New York (November 14, 2013, 7:10 PM EST) -- The creators of tax shelters that turned out to be illegal asked a New York state judge Thursday to force other lawyers and accountants to help it pay for an arbitration award against it for selling the shelters to notorious inside trader Raj Rajaratnam and others.
