52 Lawmakers Call For Wind Production Tax Credit Extinction

Law360, New York (November 14, 2013, 7:32 PM EST) -- A bipartisan group of lawmakers on Thursday urged House Ways & Means Chairman Dave Camp to let the wind production tax credit expire at the end of this year, saying the provision is unnecessary and clogging the nation's already-complicated tax system.
