Primerica Fends Off Fla. Workers' Suits Over Retirement Plans

Law360, Miami (November 15, 2013, 8:41 PM ET) -- A Primerica Inc. unit was hit last week with several suits mirroring others dating to 2012, all filed by Florida state workers who say Primerica advisers recommended that they opt out of the state's pension system and into Florida's retirement plan even though they were poor candidates for the 401(k)-style option.
