Construction Co. Wants $5M For Naval Contract Termination

Law360, New York (November 15, 2013, 5:26 PM EST) -- Contractor RDA Construction Corp. sued the government for $4.7 million in the Court of Federal Claims on Friday, alleging it had failed to notify RDA of significant roadblocks to waterfront construction at the site of the naval station in Newport, R.I., and then wrongfully terminated it from the project.
