Hanes Looks To Squash Lululemon Tank Top Patent

Law360, New York (November 18, 2013, 11:47 AM ET) -- Hanesbrands Inc. on Friday asked a North Carolina federal court to declare that a line of its athletic tank tops sold at Target Corp. stores does not violate a design patent held by Lululemon Athletica Canada Inc. and that the patent is invalidated by prior art.
