Advent Puts Up $1.6B For Dutch Software Co. Unit4

Law360, New York (November 18, 2013, 10:45 AM ET) -- Dutch software company Unit4 will go private in a €1.2 billion ($1.6 billion) sale to Boston investment firm Advent International Corp., it said Monday, touting the plan as a way for the company to escape shareholder pressure to accelerate growth plans.
