High Court Won't Hear Doctor's Free Speech Retaliation Case

Law360, Chicago (November 18, 2013, 12:27 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to take on an appeal from a doctor who claimed he was wrongfully terminated after blowing the whistle on systemic failures at a North Carolina hospital group that allegedly contributed to an inordinate number of patient injuries and deaths.
