High Court Won't Review SynQor's $111M Patent Award

Law360, New York (November 18, 2013, 6:01 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court refused Monday to review a $111 million award to SynQor Inc. for the infringement of five power converter-system patents, rejecting the petition of a group of technology companies who said the Federal Circuit, in upholding the award, ignored high-court decisions on patent litigation standards.
